Arrest made in connection with attempted Liverpool robbery

Queens District RCMP have made an arrest in connection with the Dec. 2, 2016 attempted robbery of a Liverpool convenience store.

Police arrested 31-year-old Timothy Moore Jan. 2 without incident in Liverpool. He has been charged with robbery, wearing a disguise with intent to commit an offence, possession of a dangerous weapon and mischief.

“Police kept the file open and became aware of information that led to the arrest,” RCMP said in a news release today.

Moore was remanded into custody following his arrest and was expected to appear in Bridgewater court today.
